Exchange Policy

We offer exchange on select products only. The exchange eligibility for each product is clearly mentioned on the respective product page.

Exchange availability and terms are subject to change without prior notice.

In case a pickup service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our office address (details will be provided upon request).

Exchange charges may apply on a case-by-case basis, depending on the situation and product.

Note for Exchange Requests

To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure the following:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Products must have original packaging and tags attached.

Items without original tags will not be accepted for exchange.

Customized products are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange requests must be raised within the specified exchange period mentioned on the product page.

Requests made after the exchange window will not be accepted.
